2002 Timberlodge 30' 5th Wheel Travel Trailer RV Camper

This auction is for a 2002 Timberlodge 30' 5th Wheel camper in excellent condition. This is a one owner camper with very little use including a few trips to Maine and some local Vermont camping. It has never been smoked in.It has a 13 foot slide on the left side so there's lots of room in the main living area. There's a queen bed in master bedroom and 3 bunks in the back. It's a great camper for kids and families since the 3 bunks in the back have a separate bathroom and sliding door for privacy. The sofa and bench seats also both fold out for extra sleeping space. There is also a private bathroom with shower in the master bedroom area. The owners had brand new carpeting laid over the linoleum floor in the summer of 2005, which really makes the camper warmer and more comfortable. There is a large kitchen area with 3 burner propane stove and an oven that has never been used. There's also a microwave oven and a good sized refrigerator and freezer. There are lots of storage cabinets throughout the camper. There is a Panasonic color TV with built-in VHS player in the living area, and a smaller Zenith color TV in the master bedroom that fits on a fold-up tray on the wall of the room. There is a large roll-out awning for protection from the elements, as well as power and cable hookups on the outside. There are two 30 lb propane tanks, one full and the other half full. There are also a number of valuable additional accessories that are included. There is a BAL 5th wheel Kingpin stabilizer for the front hitch, a Reese K-16 hitch, 6 glass domed colored awning lights, awning tie-downs, awning de-flappers, a large blue indoor/outdoor carpet to put down next to the camper at campgrounds, a power adapter plug so you can plug into a standard extension cord, several hose adapters and more.
