Original WWI World War I Poster Victory Liberty Loan NR
This listing is for an original WWI poster for Victory Liberty Loan. It was designed by Clyde Forsythe and printed by Ketterlinus in Philadelphia in 1917 or 1918. The poster depicts a soldier carrying his rifle along with several German helmets. Above him are the words "And they thought we couldn't fight." Below him, the poster reads "Victory Liberty Loan." In the bottom right hand corner is "5-C." It measures 30 3/8" inches wide by 41 1/8"" inches long. The poster is in very good condition with some wear around the edges including several small tears.
