1898 President William McKinley Signed Appointment NR

This listing is for a certificate signed by President William McKinley in 1898 declaring Mr. Frederick C. Leonard a U.S. Marshall. The certificate is also signed by Attorney General Joseph McKenna. It has the seal of the Department of Justice and has been matted and framed. The certificate is in excellent condition with some crinkling and creasing. The viewable portion measures approximately 15" inches by 10.5" inches. The frame is 18.25" inches by 14.25" inches. This listing has no reserve price so don't miss your chance to win!
