1952 LCVP US Navy Military Landing Craft Plans Drawings
This listing is for a set of original blueprints and drawings for a 1952 LCVP U.S. Navy Landing Craft. The Shelburne Shipyard in Shelburne, Vermont built a number of these ships for the Korean conflict in the 1950s, and these items were recently pulled out of their archives. These landing crafts were the same ones used in the famous beach landing invasion of Normandy. The blueprint is a General Arrangement plan, and the booklet of drawings includes a whole set of schematics and layouts of many of the ship systems. The plans include are in good condition with some scuffs, discoloration, and edge wear. This listing has no reserve price so don't miss your chance to win this rare militaria.
