The camera has serial number 11468 and the lens has serial number 400007. The lens is a TV Nikkor ED Zoom 8.5-127.5mm 1:1.7 macro lens. The lens looks very clean with no visible scratches, and comes with a Tiffen 82mm Haze-1 filter and a sun shield. The camera features an Anton Bauer bracket and comes with Volume 2 1st and 2nd Edition Maintenance Manuals. The tape rolls and records a noisy image with horizontal interference lines.
