1919 Christy Poster Americans All Victory Liberty Loan
This listing is for an original World War I poster designed by Howard Chandler Christy (1873-1952). The poster was created in 1919 and shows a beautiful woman clutching a laurel wreath and the American flag. It also has the words, "Americans All! Victory Liberty Loan" and shows an "honor roll" with a list of names. The poster has a few tears, some pinholes in the corners, and a bit of wear on the edges. The largest tear is in the top and about 15.5" inches long. There is another tear next to that that's been repaired, and someone wrote the name "Peterson" at the end of the honor roll. The poster will be shipped in a tube. This listing has no reserve price so don't miss your chance to win!
