RARE Antique 1800s Staffordshire Childs Tea Set Persia 751 Red Transferware NR!
This listing is for a rare and wonderful antique child's tea set, marked 'Persia 751' on the bottom of the plates and bowls. It is red transferware with a lovely antique fan pattern. Based on our research, this was made anywhere from the 1830s to the 1860s. The tea set includes a teapot, sugar bowl, creamer, 4 teacups, 4 bowls, and 4 plates. It is in excellent overall condition with minor flaws and imperfections typical of porcelain from this period. We have a low opening bid, and no reserve price, so don't miss your chance to win!
- Teapot, 5.75" tall, small chip on inside rim, fine crazing
- Sugar Bowl, 4.75" tall, hairline crack down one side, fine crazing
- Creamer, 3.5" tall, fine crazing
- Cups, just over 2" tall, one cup with several tiny chips on the rim
- Plates, just under 5.5" in diameter, one with hairline on edge, one with several manufacturing flaws, all with crazing
- Bowls, 4.5" in diameter, all with crazing
