Vtg Antique Seth Thomas Wood Wooden Shelf Mantel Pendulum Clock +Keys Late 1800s
This listing is for an antique Seth Thomas shelf/mantel clock. It comes with a pendulum and two keys. We cannot guarantee that the pendulum or either key is original. Based on our research, the clock was most likely built in the late 1800s or perhaps early 1900s. The movement appears to be marked "S Thomas Plymouth Conn USA." The label inside the clock reads "E Pluribus Unum Made And Sold By Seth Thomas, Thomaston, Connecticut. Warranted Good." The clock is in good cosmetic condition with some scuffs and wear. The enamel on the face is flaking in a few spots but is mostly there. There are some lines and marks in the material on the back of the mirrored panel which show up in front. The door "knob" and hinges both work well. We attempted to wind the clock a bit but it seemed to be tightly wound already. We did not want to risk damaging it so we stopped there. For this reason, the clock is selling as-is. This listing has no reserve price so don't miss your chance to win!
