Antique WWI WW1 Trench Art Brass Artillery Shell Casing Rose Lamp w/Shades 26"
This listing is for a beautiful example of World War I trench art. It is a large shell casing that has been turned into an electric lamp with a wooden base. The lamp has several roses "carved" into the shell casing, and three light fixtures attached to the top. Each fixture has an antique frosted glass shade with floral designs. The lamp measures about 26 1/2" inches from top to bottom. This piece is in very good overall condition with some minor scratches and dings. We put a bulb into each fixture, and they all turned on and off with a pull of the chains. One of the light fixtures is loose, and the the casing is a bit loose where it sits on on the wooden base. The shades are also in good condition with some yellowing and some very minor wear to the frost on one shade. The plug and cord should be replaced if the lamp is to be used. We have a low opening bid price, so don't miss your chance to win!
