Pfretzschner Nach Antonius Stradivarius Violin Copy Cremonae Faciebat Anno 1716
This listing is for a vintage antique Stradivarius violin copy made by G.A. Pfretzschner in the German town of Markneukirchen. We aren't sure what size it is, but the approximate measurements are provided below. The inside label reads "G.A. Pfretzschner, Nach Antonius Straduarius, Cremonae faciebat anno 1716." The violin has scuffs and wear from use including some chips in the edges but we're fairly confident there are no cracks in it. It comes with strings (that need replacement) as well as two bows and a hard case. The bows have scuffs and wear from use including some chips at the end where the horse hair is tightened. The case has moderate scuffs and wear including tears in the outer material and the handle has been repaired or replaced. We don't know who made the bows or case, but they could have been made by the same maker. Due to the condition of these items, they are selling as-is. This listing has no reserve price so don't miss your chance to win!
