According to our research, this unit is a UV/visible benchtop spectrophotometer for nucleic acid and protein quantitation that features a wavelength range of 200–800 nm. The unit is in very good cosmetic condition with minimal signs of use. We tested it to power on and the screen displayed the messages shown in the photos. At the same time, the lights on the second row of buttons began to cycle from left to right. Due to our inexperience with this item, we weren't able to test it further so it's selling as-is.
