This listing is for a Vintage Leedy Solo Tone Gold Plated 4 String Tenor Jazz Banjo. This banjo is a very beautiful instrument with detailed etching on the body, mother of pearl inlay on the fretboard and headstock. The Resonator is not attached to the instrument body, but can be easily attached with the proper hardware. The Resonator has some exceptional detail on the back, but is warped a little with the wood coming out of the frame in spots. It has a Remo head and comes with a hard shell case. There is a significant amount of wear on this instrument with some loose or missing pieces on the neck that frame the fretboard. There are a couple of hex nuts missing. This instrument will need some work to be in playable condition. This tenor banjo measures 34" with a 16" fretboard.
