It has No Markings on the head but it has very beautiful ornate woodwork. On the Dowel Stick it says Style A, Own Make Chicago USA, and No 870. There is also a logo on the back that we cannot decipher. On the inside of the wood rim it has "Patented 876430" and on the inside of the tension hoop it has "Pat. Apl'd For". It has a Remo Weather King Banjo Head. This banjo comes wth a bridge (not on the instrument), 3 small wrenches and a tenor banjo pitch pipe. It also comes with a hard shell case.
