Unmarked 4 String Banjo Open Back MOP Dice Numbers Inlay 22 Frets Raised Head NR
This listing is for a very unique rare 4 String Open Back Banjo. This instrument is unmarked and we are unable to find out its maker. It has a beutiful Mother Of Pearl inlay of numbered dots in the style of dice or dominoes. The head is raised on the edges witha convex piece of metal inside the head. It has a tailpiece but it is broken and would need to be repaired or replaced. It does not a have a nut at the end of the neck. The banjo measures 34'" and the neck is 17 1/4" with a 11 1/4" Head. There is a bridge in the case. There is an armrest on this banjo and all the bracket hooks are intact. This listing includes a hard shell case with a pitch pipe tuner and some picks and strings. It has Remo Weather King head but has some serious wear. The banjo and case have some wear from use and storage. We have a low opening bid on this item, so don't miss your chance to win!
