WW2 Military US Army Air Force A-11 8-Day Aircraft Clock Bulova Elgin Waltham NR

This listing is for a vintage US Army Air Force Type A-11 8-day aircraft clock. According to our client who has owned it for decades, it originally came out of a B17 Bomber. We didn't find a brand on it, but our research indicates these clocks were usually made by Bulova, Elgin, Waltham, or Longines-Wittnauer. This clock is different from the other ones we saw in that it has a large knob on the upper right hand corner, as opposed to one on the front of the lower left hand corner. The clock has some scuffs and wear but it started right up when we turned the knob. Due to the nature of vintage clocks, it may or may not work properly and is being sold for collectible value only. As shown, the clock comes in a nice wooden display box that has some scuffs and wear. There is no screw, washer, or nut in the bottom right hand corner of the clock.
