It comes with 4 extra feet for table top use or long legs for floor assembly. The stand measures 14" from handle to handle, is 16 1/2" wide and is 24 1/2" tall when fully assembled. This item comes with allen tool, extra screws and full instructions for easy assembly. This item will come partially dissasembled. It has some very light wear from storage.
