This listing is for a vintage Hart & Shepard Shaker Cloak. It is called 'The Dorothy' and is made of red wool with a silk lining. This cloak was made in the Shaker village of Canterbury, New Hampshire. We do not know the exact age of the cloak. It is in good overall condition. There are a number of small moth holes, mostly on the lower part of the back. They range from pinholes to a few that are about 1/4" inch. There is also a small tear in the wide ribbon. The color in the photos is a bit brighter than the actual color because of the camera flash. Please see the photos below, and contact us with any questions.
