This listing is for a pair of Harken 40 self-tailing 2-speed winches. Based on our research, these are manual radial winches with black anodized drums. They have some scuffs and signs of use and our seller told us they work great. We don't have the ability to test them, other than to manually rotate them with our hands. For this reason, they're selling as-is. If you'd like to come check them out prior to bidding, our hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (we're closed on Sundays).
