This listing is for an original watercolor by artist and Civil War colonel St Clair Augustin Mulholland (1839-1910). The piece is matted and framed and has the artist's signature in the bottom right hand corner. The work is in very good condition overall with some yellowing from age. The matting has some yellowing and foxing, the frame has some scuffs and wear, and the backing is torn and discolored. The piece can be shipped without the frame for a reduced shipping cost.
