Antique 1903 German Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Schlitt Signed PUG 1/2L Stein #1909

This listing is for a rare Antique Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Stein. It is a 1/2 liter stein with a great image of a man and woman holding a giant house key. It is signed by the artist Heinrich Schlitt. There are a number of markings stamped into the bottom including 1909, II, 30, and 03. It also is stamped 1042 Geschutzt. We believe that the 03 indicated a manufacture date of 1903. The stein measures about 7 3/4" inches tall to the top of the lid. It is in very good overall condition with no chips or repairs. There is some crazing around the inside and two small hairlines on the inside bottom. Please see the photos below, and contact us with any questions before bidding.
