It looks identical to another ring we saw on eBay that was described as containing 19 genuine diamonds with a total carat weight of .50ct. It's stamped "14KP" which stands for 14 karat plumb, meaning that it's exactly 14k gold. The ring is about a size 6.5 and weighs approximately 3.8 grams on our scale.
