Antique 1820s A Stevenson Historical Staffordshire Plate Road To Lake George
This listing is for a rare Antique Historical Staffordshire Transferware Plate. It is stamped into the back 'A Stevenson Warranted Staffordshire' with a crown in the center. The blue mark above the stamp reads 'View on the Road to Lake George'. We were unable to find this plate for sale anywhere online. The plate is in excellent overall condition with dark blue coloring. It measures about 8 7/8" inches in diameter. There is one spot on the outside edge that looks to have been repaired at one time. Under magnification, the repair was made with a very hard, glassy material. Please see the photos below, and contact us with any questions before bidding. Don't miss your chance to add this rare piece to your collection!
