Vtg Vanity Set William B Kerr Sterling Silver Powder Puff Jar Perfume Bottle Lot
This listing is for a vintage/antique vanity set including a large lidded jar with powder puff, a perfume bottle, and a small lidded jar. The large jar's lid and the powder puff's knob are marked "sterling" with the number 5625 and an axe stamp that appears to be the "fasces" mark of William B. Kerr and Company. The lid has a monogram that we can't quite make out, and the powder puff's knob has a bone base. The small jar's lid has hallmarks including the lion passant which likely indicates English or Dutch sterling, as well as what appear to be a shield, the letter I or L, and the mark "C.B RS" which may indicate Clifford Brothers. These items are in good condition overall with some tarnish on the metal. We noticed a few tiny chips on the top of the perfume dauber/stopper, but we didn't find any other chips or cracks. The knob/handle on the powder puff is just barely attached. Please see the photos below to see everything that is included, and contact us with any questions before bidding. We have a low opening bid and no reserve price so don't miss your chance to win!
