This listing is for a vintage garter bar in the original box with the instructions and the book The Garter Bar by Alles Hutchinson. These items were brought in with a Singer Memo-Matic knitting machine and a ribber which are available in our other listings. The garter bar was made in Japan and apears to be in excellent condition.
