The controller was only used in a non-smoking home studio and works great. It's in very good condition overall with some scuffs and tiny dings in the walnut cabinet. "This is a synthesizers.com QKB15 5-octave keyboard controller. It generates precise analog control voltages and gate signals for use by analog synthesizer modules. Four operating modes allow keyboard splits and dual voices. Additionally, a MIDI input converts MIDI data to control voltages and gates output by the keyboard, so the same analog patch can respond to either MIDI or real time performance on the keyboard. A MIDI output is generated for each key press and can be used to control other MIDI devices. When generating a MIDI output, the keyboard responds to up to 8 keys at a time.
