This listing is for a Hot Gear heated bag for warming and/or drying boots, gloves, and/or socks. It comes with the manual and has pockets for a helmet and goggles. The bag can be plugged in to a household outlet or a car lighter socket. It has some scuffs and light wear. We plugged it in and it started warming up. We aren't able to do any long-term testing.
