Vtg 1930s 1940s Harmony Marwin No 1 Arch Top Acoustic Guitar w/ Case NO RES!
This listing is for a rare 1930s or 1940s Harmony Marwin No. 1 Arch Top Guitar. It is in very good overall condition and has that great arch top sound. It plays easily down at the lower frets and has very little fret wear. The neck has a moderate bow, so the action at the 12th fret is a little high (about 3/16 of an inch). It has Grover tuners that do not appear to be original. There is some damage to the back of the headstock under the high E and low E tuners. There is a hairline crack from the upper F-hole to the top edge in the waist area. There is a slight separation of the heel of the neck from the body. The guitar has general signs of use over the years, including scratches, dings, and wear to the finish of the lower neck. The case is solid, but in fair condition cosmetically.
