Vtg Antique St Leon Water Co Montreal Canada Cobalt Salt Glaze Stoneware Jug 18"

This listing is for a vintage/antique salt glaze stoneware jug from the St. Leon Water Company of Montreal. The jug has a kind of rolled-up cork in the spout and a small cobalt decoration on the front. It also bears an incised mark that may indicate the capacity or something else. Based on its size, we think it may hold four or five gallons. The jug appears to have some chipping around the spout and a chip on the front but otherwise appears intact.
