RARE Stevie Ray Vaughan Double Trouble All 4 Signed Paper + Ticket Stub 7/3/1990
This listing is for a rare collection of Stevie Ray Vaughan + Double Trouble autographs and ticket stub. All of the autographs were signed in-person backstage after a show at the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Junction, Vermont on July 3, 1990. The real gem of this set is a piece of sheet music paper with guitar chord diagrams that was hand signed by Stevie himself. It reads, "To Stephen, All the Best of Life! Stevie Ray Vaughan". Our client was learning to play the guitar at the time, and brought the paper to the show with the hope of getting him to sign it. Stevie thought it was very cool to sign the sheet music paper with guitar chords on it. There is also a ticket stub from the show signed by Chris Layton, and a piece of yellow lined paper signed by Reese Wynans and Tommy Shannon. It reads, "To Stephen, Let the good times roll! Reese Wynans Tommy Shannon". These items are in in very good overall condition with some minor creasing. There is some tape residue on the back of the music paper. Please see the detailed photos below and contact us with any questions before bidding. There is no COA included, but we could obtain a signed letter from the seller if the winning bidder requests. We have a low opening bid, so don't miss your chance to get a great deal!
Note from the seller:
"These were signed at Essex Junction County Fairgrounds backstage about 2 months before Stevie passed away. It was a double bill show with Joe Cocker playing first. There was a get together backstage after the the show for a few teenagers who helped with setup before the show. Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble visited for about 1/2 an hour. We had pop and snacks. I had a good chat with Chris Layton, said hi to Tommy Shannon and Reese Wynans and a little chat with Stevie. They were all super nice and appreciative for the help."
