Rare Vtg 1950s Gibson GA-6 Tube Guitar Amp Amplifier Just Restored! New Parts!

This listing is for a rare 1950s Gibson GA-6 Tube Guitar Amplifier. These were made between 1954 and 1961. The amp was just serviced/refurbished by Dan Lurie of FYD Amps in Burlington, Vermont, who specializes in tube amp repair. We have included a list below that details the work that he did, and are including the parts that he replaced. The amp has the original Jensen Alnico 5 12"-inch speaker, and comes with the original instruction sheet. The leather handle is in good condition with some minor wear. The covering has minor wear and tear, mostly on the corners and edges. The grill cloth was replaced many years ago with what looks like Gibson cloth. The amp sounds great! Work done by FYD Amps in June 2018:

Installed a grounded power cord.
Bonded ground to chassis.
Replaced all power supply filter caps.
Replaced burnt power supply resistor.
Replaced all coupling caps.
Tested tubes and found all to be okay and within normal limits.
Resoldered many connections.
Cleaned all pots, jacks and tube sockets.
Tightened all grounds.
Checked circuit for any other issues.
