2 RARE Vtg WWII 1943 US Army Military German Flags Capture Papers APO 782 Italy
This listing is for two rare WWII US Army documents from 1943 that give permission to mail three captured German flags back to America. The top of each page reads 'Headquarters Command, Headquarters Peninsular Base Section, APO #782'. Based on our research, this APO was in Italy. The permission was granted on September 23, 1943 to Corporal Edward C. Bolio, and the papers were signed by Lieutenant Colonel Roy W. Bailey. It appears to be two of the same document, both filled out and hand signed. The papers are in good condition with creases and yellowing. Please see the detailed photos below and contact us with any questions before bidding. We have a low opening bid price, so don't miss your chance to get a great deal!
