Original 1951 Seymour Swetzoff The Window Shellac Art Painting MFA 75th Anniv
This listing is for a rare piece from what was the Swetzoff Gallery in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston during its 75th Anniversary in 1951. Titled "The Window", this beautiful original piece was created by Seymour Swetzoff, one of the owners of the gallery at the time. The piece is done in shellac resin, and measures about 16" tall, 9" wide and is excellently preserved and matted in a 15-1/2" x 22-1/2" wooden frame.
