It reads "Your War Savings Pledge - Our boys make good their pledge - Are you keeping yours?", with a picture of Uncle Sam with his arms around a soldier and a man buying his war savings stamps. The poster measures about 32" tall, 21" wide and is in very good condition, with minor wear and small rips on the top and bottom center areas.
