Good condition, it does have a couple of pin holes from when it was hung at the polling place, the lower left corner is creased and starting to tear off. Please see the photos as this is the exact document you will receive when you win.
STATE OF MAINE
Penalty for Selling Vote
(Revised Statutes, Chap. 7, Sec. 97)
Whoever shall offer, or promise, or agree to receive any money or other valuable consideration for giving in his vote at any election held under the provisions of the Constitution or of this chapter, and shall in accordance with such offer, promise or agreement, give in his vote at such election, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than one year, and shall be excluded from the right of suffrage for a term of ten years.
